Replacement Money Orders

Please note that there is an estimated 14 day turnaround for receiving a replacement money order.

In order to receive a replacement for a money order that is physically in your possession that is damaged or made out incorrectly, please mail the following to us:

• ORIGINAL money order
• Proof of purchase: a) photocopy of purchaser's receipt, or b) written verification from place of purchase
• Your name, address, city, state, zip, and e-mail address.
